Shipping & Payment
Delivery area: We deliver to all countries of the European Union and to Switzerland.

Shipping carrier: DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Pre-orders: Pre-order items are marked as such on the product page. The expected delivery time is shown there and is usually about 4–6 weeks. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we ship everything together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery period: For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is placed; for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, it ends on the next business day.
Payment methods: Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is triggered when you place your order and is processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Customs: No customs duties apply within the EU.
* Deliveries to Switzerland: Deliveries to Switzerland are tax-free exports without German VAT; prices are shown in CHF in our shop. No customs duties apply. On import, Switzerland charges import VAT (currently 8.1%) on the value of the goods including shipping. If the tax is below CHF 5 (order value up to approx. CHF 62), it is not charged. For higher order values, you pay the import VAT and a customs clearance fee of the delivery company (e.g. Swiss Post) upon delivery. These costs are not included in our prices.
